Discussing her approach to the EP, Winter described adopting a fresh perspective, embracing new beats and vocal techniques that were previously unexplored in her work. The lyrics are crafted from the viewpoint of a female character who represents an aspect of herself.
The EP ...and she’s still listening will be released on May 24. It follows her 2022 album, What Kind of Blue Are You?, which included collaborations with Sasami and Hatchie.
